I'm writing about the weather again. Typhoon 10 is around and causing a little havoc here. It's come at the wrong time for the Summer festival. There are going to be a large number of businesses in a little trouble given that they rely on this time of year.

I was talking with my mother the other day and she said she should start calling me the "mountain man" because I spend so much time in them.
I'm not sure that's quite true, but I do tend to do a little exploring in the mountains of Tokushima and I love it.
I'd rather spend a whole day in the mountains than in a big city, that's for sure. I guess the mountains is where my heart pulls me.
How about you?

I tend to focus hard on some of the things that I like. Sometimes this focus stays for a while and then shifts, other times it stays and is there for a very long time.
With some things, I don't mind, but other things can be a little less than helpful. Cycling, however, has been at the forefront for a long time and I can't see it leaving.
What are you focused on?

When was the last time you really had a good look at what was near by? I tend to do this more often than most due to my hobby of cycling. You get to see more as you aren't going as quickly as in a car.
I do love going to new places and experiencing new roads. Tokushima has so many great places to get out and explore.

I have been back for exactly a month now. I decided to celebrate this milestone by going out and riding 100 kilometers.
This never used to be that much of a problem for me and to be honest, it was easier than I expected.
You do have to celebrate milestones, right?
